Stauffenburg growled at Jack, the fur on his neck rising.
"You're worthless!" he snarled at the mountain lion. "You're not worth my strength." Jack scoffed.
"I'm worthless?" he hissed. "Look who's talking, One-Eye."
"Why you little-!" Stauffenburg leapt at Jack and tried to grab him by his throat. Jack vanished, then reappeared just behind the collie.
"To fast for you?" he mocked. Stauffenburg growled and leapt again. He was stopped in mid air, same with Jack. Jack looked up to see von Haeften holding him by his scruff.
"Would you two please cut it out! You're scaring the girls. And Shane," the young man snapped.
"Sorry," Stauffenburg and Jack said in unison.
Piece from a story I'm trying to write. Jack and Stauffenburg have a power struggle, as they are leaders. Stauffenburg thinks that Jack can't be trusted(because he was a murderer), and Jack thinks Stauffenburg is useless(because he's missing an eye, two fingers on his left hand, and his right hand).
Picture, characters, and story all belong to me.
