Why is this under adoptable oekaki? can I adopt it? (plus, you should credit Nintendo, they are the ones who made Pokemon)

i do credit nintendo for making pokemon and i love to draw them .... i think it is no problem. if you want you can use this picture, i made it for all pokemon fans and he is for free
