Blue Wind, my entry

This is Blue Wind. The backround i was trying to do just wasn't working for me, so i used this premade one. The symbols on her cheek, shoulder, and back right ankle are Japanese, the one on the cheek means speed, the one on her shoulder means Wind, and the one on her ankle means blue :) i hope you like her as much as i do. In fact, if she doesn't win, would you mind me keeping her? thanks :)
