Very nicely done. The anatomy could use a little tweaking, but otherwise it looks great.

If you don't mind a little critique...

The head on the left is nicely shaped- the hair and some other bits of the fur need a tince bit of editing to me, and I'm not fond of the eye shape.

The one on the right, though, looks too 'square'. You should make the muzzle narrower, with a bigger definition of where the forehead ends. Other than that, and what I said with the first head, it looks great.

The middle head, however, looks a bit sloppy in general. It looks to be added in at the last minute, and sticks out from the rest in an unpleasant manner. Maybe if you used thinner lines?

There's a few places where you colored outside the lines, but overall it looks good ^_^ With just a little bit of practice you should be seeing a lot of improvement. Can't wait to see your work as you progress.
