Because I didn't know if you had done that on purpose because it kind of looks like moonlight, but I know using the blurry tool makes the edges of things white like there on the grass, so if you did do that by accident you can make the grass, then color it ALL green using *lock alpha* and then when you do the blurry tool, it won't be white on the edges.
So just before using the smear tool, do "lock alpha", green on the largest brush size, and green it all up! Then use smear and it won't be white.
