Pink is other towns?

Desert to south?
Forest to the left?
Ocean to the right?
Frozen area to the north?
Plains in the middle?
Water throughout?

I put a lake near the ocean.

The one pink town I added is the one Derek comes from. Sun of course lives in the capital city of the desert.
