I can't color on the other side of the monkey/turtle thingy. You must have duplicated one side, because I can't color on it.

This actually quite easy to fix, alright all you have to do is edit the pic make a 3rd layer and make subttract, double click were it says layer three and change it to color here, it was simple for me to color.

i figured it out! where it shows all the layers,click the plus sign. go to the top and click on layers and click merge all. then double click layer one and rename it "Color all" then change at top to subtract and then it will work.
