I just got this game and CAN NOT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT!
I had a genuine squee today before I even started playing.
I also had a realization: I have a thing for red-haired heroes with swords.(shruggs) must be related to the whole Roy-fangirl thing.
BUT I SERIOUSLY LOVE THIS GAME

Is that Ogam writing? Or a futhark variation?

I found it in a book about Vikings, so I'm not specifically sure

It's probably either Ogam (which was Celtic and Druidic, I think) or Norse futhark. The runes. I don't know what it means. The very first letter is an 'S', but I can't tell beyond that.
