Drew one of my favorite pets again... This time with a foolish attempt to draw rain

The small colorful dots are based upon the CS fairies (or what I see as fairies, anyway.) and the PPS is wearing a scarf because it's cold outside... I know that the original don't have one xP However, the scarf belongs to another CS pet... Can you guess who?

Is it the brown dog with spots? And you know the red and white scarf? I don't have a pic so

I didn't quite catch you there ^^; There's many brown dogs with spots, so I'd appreciate it if you did find an image. You can search through the archieve/wishlist to find images

I was thinking about this one when you spoke of a brown dog with darker spots, but I'm unsure what it's got to do with the image...
