Sparrowflight smiled down at the smaller windclan she-cat "Always..." He murmured softly. She let out a small purr, burying her head in the sift fur of his chest. he smiled, resting his nose on her forehead. the night deepened, and the moon was nowhere to be seen, not a cloud in sight. no one could know they where meeting,it would mean disgrace to Hawkshadow's father, the leader. As far as anyone knew, Sparrowflight had no father, no one to dishonor and it was less of a risk meeting with the ginger female. Green eye had opened to stare into amber on a faithful gathering, creating a bond never to be severed.

After having her kits, she had become deputy. Sparrowflight had joined Windclan, Her three kits, now warriors sat outside the den, heads bowed. Hawkshadow looked down into the dull, amber eyes of her long-time mate.
"Always," she mewed, pressing her graying muzzle to his forehead. Sparrowflight let out a patchy purr, and lay still, forever.
Hawkshadow let out a strangled cry, her ears flattening. She rushed past her three kits, gathered around the entrance.
