back to the picture- It's actually unami before she became part dragon. Unami was a daughter of Poseidon, and she enjoied riding on her pet dragon(they'd have adventures and stuff). After a while, she offended Zeus, and he told her that since she loved this dragon so much, they should always be together- so her cut off the dragon's head and conjoined unami and her beast so unami was human from the waist up, and dragon from the waist down. Zeus also made her immortal, so she'd always be with her dragon.
