This picture is dedicated to anyone and everyone who has ever experienced cancer in their lives. Whether it was you, a family member, a friend, or just someone you know, anyone who has been touched by this horrible illness, this is for you. <3
If you live in Canada, you'll be familiar with the Canadian Cancer Society, and therefor with their logo, the daffodil. April is daffodil month. Support cancer research, because no matter what you think, it will touch EVERYONE in some way or another. I know this from personal experience; last year my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and though one year later she is cancer free, it was a scary experience. I have also just lost my Nana to terminal cancer two weeks ago, so this is also a bit of a memorial peice for her <3
Daffodils are also a very special flower to me family wise. My father grows them small scale commercially, and I have grown up around them. They are one of, if not my very favorite, flower.
Please support cancer research and awareness. It's not just something that you hear about every once in a while, and it's not something to dismiss. It will touch everyone, maybe not directly, but it will.
Thank you for taking the time to read all of this <3
Timer is 100% correct, and this was referanced from a personal photo.
