The doll [head] has lot's of differen't combinations- Plus he's really cute! Have a look through the differents layers and click lock alpha to colour over already coloured parts, and for the uncoloured parts create a layer below it and colour in any colour you like!
You can change anything you like!- And even draw your own face on him. I'm open for suggestions for extras/ looks/ new hairstyles.
