Head is the same color as stripes except for a darker purple
stripe from the nose to the top of head that also branches
and colors the ears which have white splats on the tips. The
front legs have white splats all the way from the paw to the
shoulder, the back only has splats to the ankle the rest of
the body has the darker purple color that is on the nose
extending up to the head ect....the rest of the body also has
light purple splats all over. oyeas and the eyes are dark blue
it has many different charms dangling from her tail
(tails if possible) these charms include;half moon, full moon,
sun, eclipsed moon over sun, a flame, an icicle, a music note,
a lightning bolt, and a drop of water, there are all of these
charms on each tail.

so I changed it a little (what am I talking about alittle?) ok alot! apparently i'm not good at charms so i moved your idea from charms to tails leaving little room for stripes which is why each tail is outlined in the color the stipes would have been. I'm not one hundred percent what a splat is but hope I got it close. when I was almost finished I knowticed that one tail only had 2 items while the others had 3 apiece, so I added the double arrows to represent time, if you dont like it ill change it. All in all I think I did ok as I am usually bad at following a reference. I noticed your COPPA, so now I gotta figgure out how to get you to see this.
