Heres my entry, its a easy design but looks pretty cool.
He is a male but you can have him as a female if you like.
If I dont win, I would like to keep this guy.

I personaly would like wings,
because of the angelic feel of My Charrie, you caould make a copy of him with wings, if you dicide to make them, so that if you keep him you can choose not to have them, but this would give you a better chance of winning:)
