Hi! This is one of my first red-lines, but I wanted to try.
I have a lot of flaws that I still need to work out obviously, but I hope this will help a little.
Anatomy Corrections-
It was very good! Way better than I was. >->
Hm... Your wolf's ears were right on top of his head and a little too pointed. Try rounding them out a little and placing them lower, right about where the corner of the eye would be. I'd also try to place the top of the head a bit higher and slope it down a bit more into the muzzle. Their heads are a bit thicker, and with all the fur sticking up off of their necks, their necks look pretty thick too. With the bottom of the neck it slopes out from the chest (more than I showed T-T). The tail isn't quite as fluffy, (you have to love the fluff, though XD) either. It also doesn't stick out from the rump like that. I'd try to have it just curve off of the wolf's back, and lay a little more... limp, I suppose. Wolves don't stick their tails up all that much unless they're in motion (walking/running/etc.), asserting their dominance, etc. The legs are also thicker. Especially the haunch/flank/biggest part of the back leg.
Also, the belly doesn't really curve in in the middle of its body. Where would the ribs go? X3 Instead it kind of leads off of the chest and slopes up slightly as it gets towards the back of the wolf's body. The eye is also smaller, with small round pupils. Try pushing it foreward a bit as well, and, it has a small... tear duct? The thing that leads from the front corner of its eye. o-O
Anyway, I hope this helped. Was I confusing? But just study wolf anatomy. Especially positions. The more positions you do the more you'll understand a wolf's anatomy. If this didn't help, I'm sorry. D:
It also really depends on the species of wolf you're doing, body language, and if you're drawing an OC with particularly different 'features'.
Anything I left out? >->
