Every year thousands of dogs are abandoned because of how they are, whether there too old or too much work.
So they are left.
They are just waiting to get there owners back, like Rover above.

I dont know, I just went to Layer1 the background layer, and nothing would show up, then it covered the picture and the dissapeared! I hope just plain background stil gets through to everyone...)
