Basing your art on someone else's drawing without the artist's permission is not allowed on CS, even if you've drawn your version yourself and changed a few features from the original. Since your drawing and the original are extremely similar to each other, this would be considered a copy, which isn't permitted. We do allow using photographs for references, so long as credit is given to the original photo, but you can't base your work on someone else's art on CS.
