"Xylec, you must not let anyone know of this deed." The red wolf's eyes danced, and his teeth dripped with the blood of the victim.
"That's wrong, Remnkhet! It's murder!" Xylec may have been dim, but he knew right from wrong.
"It is not wrong if no one is to find out..."
Xylec glanced at the body that lay to the side, limp and broken. "It's wrong either way."
"Oh dear," Remnkhet sat in front of the body. "It seems you are going to release this news?"
"Of course!"
"Well, would you like to end with the same fate as him?" His glowing green eyes slowly shifted down to the dead wolf.
"You can't do that, Remnkhet. You can't threaten me."
"You're right. But I can destroy you."
"You wouldn't dare!" Xylec's ears pinned back, and he let out a low growl.
"Ah, but I would." Remnkhet's tongue swiped across his muzzle, hungry for more blood. "You cannot outsmart me."
"Remnkhet! Stop!" Xylec lunged, desperate to save himself and to bring justice into light.
Remnkhet laughed and sunk his teeth into Xylec's throat. "Goodbye, dear brother!"
