Can you please tell me how to do the eyes?They are apsulutely amazing.

Sure!
I start with a base colour, say, blue for this instance, and colour the eye in, after outlining the eye in black with a pen.
Then, I take the burn tool and set it to medium, and use that on the top parts of the eye.
After that I do the same with the dodge tool except on the bottom of the eye,
and then I add a few flecks of lighter colours near the iris.
Afterwards, I outline the eye in black for a second time, and add white to suggest a little more depth.
Finally, I add the reflections with a high opacity pen, small.
