It has a couple of things you siad you like, like....
Leg warmers
Cool colored eyes
Eyes that are different colors
Lots of colours
Background ( kina )

I tried really hard on this entry, hop you like it :D

Could use some more detail in the socks they don't look like leg warmers but more apart of her fur
