Make sure the ears are equal, and they should be a little smaller. Same with the body. Remember, Fennec Foxes are small. For the paws, keep practicing, look at pictures of canine paws and practice drawing them, I'm sure you'll improve!
Oh, and I'm sorry of the mess, I can't write neat with a mouse. xD
