I really hope this helps! :3.... 1: Put down a white circle. (MAKE SURE ITS ON ANOTHER LAYER)) 2: Use soft erase (Make sure theyres no lock alpha) 3:Keep doing it untill its transparent to your liking. 4: Pick lock alpha and use white mist paint around the light source and smudge it to your liking. I hope this helps everybody! :D (Also if you wanna change its color keep lock alpha selected and color it to your liking before you shade it.))
