This afternoon my baby blue budgie was attacked by my dog. He was left limping and has a bloody wing. Plus he is really stressed. I don't know if he will make it through the night. So, I thought I'd honor him with this simple drawing. Whatever happens tomorrow, I am ready. It is in God's hands now. Please keep him in your prayers. I will update with his status tomorrow...

Update: The little birdie made it through the night! We are taking him to the vet today. We'll see how it goes. Thank you all so much for your support.

Aw... I hope he gets better. I had an older, nice budgie, and he fell into boiling water when my mom was cooking. Unfortunately, he didn't make it through the night, and I cried for several days. He's in a better place now though. If anything does happen to your poor budgie, maybe he'll meet my parakeet. :'3

OMAI. I have two budgies, but they both hate me - in different ways. One is just plain scared of my, and screeches like a... if I hold him. Plus he bites if he feels threatened. The other one bites because it just hates me. I've had him since I was little, and I mis-handled him at the time.

The one that used to let me hold him was unfortunately the one that died. He was only like 3-5 months old too. :c Hopefully your bird will survive.

Awww that must suck I lost my bird a way like that too, but my other one crucially attacked her, leaving her with a broken leg and wing...her beak was...ugh, horrible DX. The two birds i am talking about are Cockatiels.
