You get the hex codes by double-clicking on the big bar at the bottom of the color panel (the one with the square that has virtually every color in existence). It will come up with the hex code. Then, if you're drawing it again and you want to use the exact colors that you used before, you open it up and type in the hex code.
(I'm probably just confusing you further. c:)

She's kindof mean-spirited, but doesn't aim to be that way. She's got a Switzerlandian accent! She talks nicely, and means nicely, but she's quite a teasing bully sometimes. She is quick to get in fights, and easily slips out of them. She's the first to apologize, even if she didn't do anything. She makes friends easily with her dumb jokes about other Sea dogs. She's fiesty when she get's in a horrible mood too. She prefers to stick in a group of close friends, and without them she's a shy little pup. She's also very loyal though, and is the first to stand up for her friends, or herself. She has nasty comebacks, and a attitude to match. She's like a quen bee, or at least, values herself as one. She's a bit stuck-up do to her loveliness, and loves when the males go chasing after her.

Name: Pink Spots (random)

Personality: She's a little bit shy and hates boys, to her they're just a piece of work that isn't worth it. She has virtually no friends due to her shyness, if some one bullies her friend, or anyone really, she'll punch the bully in the face and usually gets in a fight. Her only friend is Jessica, everyone else just teases her, she'll growl them a warning and they'll shut up though. If some one new moves into town and they try to talk to her she'll just run away, usually ending up in a tease from someone.
