I love the changing color sort of effect! turquiose to blue is a good choice.

AH! more lighting! an eye isn't balnk it has to SHINE! put some white orbs and enlighten that eye or for other feelings such as:
fear
anger
etc..
do different styles and see which fits better with the shine! I love doing chibi eyes but my fav is funny ones like XD
