Is this intermediate worthy? I dont think it is but please comment with crits or just comments ^^

If it wasn't intermediate worthy, than it wouldn't be in the intermediate section. I like it, by the way; the anatomy is nicely done, the colour is nice. I'd recommend a little more shading, Then it'll look even better!!

Need more shading, and the BG need more interesting factors, but I like this otherwise!

Oh thank you! I changed the BG and added another horse and a crow, Also I added a bit of shading too.

This picture is a little rusty...but I really love the bay horse in the front, so the rest does matter to me
