some asks how I did this, and it's quite simple actually... tho I figured it out by mistake xD
lets say you have three layers, named 1, 2 and 3. 1 should have only one colour, and 2 should be blank, for now. in 3 you can draw(like I did) some random swirls. then you can for a better chance to edit it, make 1 invisable. then you might have seen, or maybe even used the "Lock alpha"-thing? above it there is a another called "sample all layers". then you choose if you want to use the smudge, or the blending tool(if you use the blending tool you might wanna make the spacing to 0%
