Yep, reff sheet for a new character.

She/He is a penguin who also happens to be a cyber-raver. May be a real thing, but as far as I know I made it up xD

Anyhow, on the left is his/her natural reff, on the right is the reff with hair and accessories.

Anyone like the background? ;]
