Make A Character Contest
Hello!
I am Blizzard ~, But feel free to call me Blizz of Frost.
I'm in need of a new character, so I'm asking you guys to help me make one. I am offering many prizes for the winners, Ranging from Rares to Uncommons, 2008-Current.
Everybody who enters will get a free uncommon pet from one of my trade groups.
Rules
- No Copying anybody's designs.
- If I pick it as a winner, Do NOT use it for yourself.
- No Complaining if you don't win.
- I have the right to cancel this contest if I feel I'm not getting any entries, or none that I like.
- This contest may end whenever I want it to. When I feel like I have enough good entries, then I'll end it.

What I Like
- Australian Shepherds/Border Collie Themed coat.
I absolutely love these dog breeds, so if the entry is similiar to the markings on either one of these dogs, I'd be happy. :3
- A Natural Base Coat
Tan, Brown, White, Gray, Black.
- Leopard and Zebra Print
Preferably in Ranbow Colors, or a Color that relates to the base well--Gray/Black, Brown/Tan
- Feather Jewelry Pieces
Earrings, Necklace, Bracelet
- Unique Designs
Nothing simple and easy
- Angel/Chibi Wings
I LOVE wings, ecspecially if they relate ot hte coat color/s
- Swirly Patterns
Any Unique Swirl design
- Night Skies/Sunsets
Anything that includes Stars, Moons, Suns
A Tropical/Bright Design
Palm Trees, or anything that makes me feel as if it was summer/Something Bright that will catch your attention.
Dislikes
- Pink / Girly Stuff
Nothing in any shade of pink, or anything really girly.
- Not too much Purple
I am not a big fan of purple. So if you use it, use it in limited amounts.
- Nothing Bloody/Emo Related
No Manes or anything. No scars, or Goth-like

= Amazing.

= Defiantly Has A Chance For High Ranking
= Good, But Maybe A Few More Adjustments, or some items need to be added
= OKay, But Defiantly needs to have some work done, or needs to be more organized.
= I don't really Like it. It may be disorganized, or simply sloppy.
= I don't like it at all.

~Drizzle~ =
Very interesting designs. This piece of art defiantly has a chance of placing at a higher rank. It truly shows that summer theme with the hawaiin flower necklace, and LifeSaver around the dog's stomach.
Cutepup & Scruffy =
I'm sorry, but I don't really like it. To me, it's simply sloppy. I prefer smooth beices of art, and I would prefer if the coloring would stay inside the lineart, not onto the background, unless an accesory. I like the beach theme on the tail though, but I would prefer if it was done neater, and maybe slightly larger.

I like the design, but you could possible add another item or two. Other than that, I like your entry.
C o o k i e =
I like the lower body part of the design, but in my opinion, it is also sloppy in a way. The coloring slightly goes out of the lineart lines, which defiantly bothers me. The colored swirls might be a bit too big, and in too light of colors.
AruroraBeast = --
I absolutely love this entry. First off, I love the colors chosen for the dog. I ecspecially like how the leopard spots almost seem as if they are glowing. I also love the feathered necklace. I like how you stayed on topic with the leopard design--no designs collided together, which I liked.

This is also an excellent entry. I like how you outlined the black markings with a medium shade of brown, and the wings are compatible to the body markings. I ecspecially love the feather necklace, and small zebra-like markings on the back legs. This design also didn't include any ideas collided together, which I like.

Timeristic1 = :Shock: --
I simply love the design. I like how you made it as a Blue Merle Australian Shepherd, my favorite color, and breed. The rainbow dots where an excelent splash of color, ecspecially the black surounding them. The feather items were a nice touch. Simply divine.
