ok... what could i improve on? texture? shading? lighting? color?

I love it c: But here are some tips::

You should try to make the wings more smoother, like using the smudge tool to smudge in feathers
Add more shading onto the belly and wing, then lighting the eyes.
Make a sky background, and use the spray paint tool to make the clouds

Just some ideas/tips, I love it already though C:
