im sure if you made a lock alpha layer people would color it

you must only click on the layer "color in ! " ...

no thats not what i ment. i will tell you how to do it

1:make your background layer (this is the very first layer)
2:make a layer for your line art.
3:Make another layer above the Background layer but UNDERNEATH the lineart layer
so thier order is like this:
Lineart layer
lock alpha layer-or color layer
Background layer

4:then you color in your picture on the color layer, but you can just use one color for the whole thing (it doesent matter since people will be coloring over it) make sure you get in all the lines and make it neat
5:make a shading layer above the Lock alpha layer
here i will show it to you:
Lineart layer
Shading layer
Lock alpha layer-color layer
Background layer

When you get done you can go and click the lock alpha check box on the layers box thing. then if you go to your color layer, you can color with out going outside the lines o3o its fairly simple once you get the hang of it
