It's your choice, either make Comet OR a new character for me to keep and use not only on CS. If it is a male (for new character, Comet MUST be a female) Remove the eyelashes, do NOT make them look totally sloppy though, but that is doubtful sooo... It's because I know that everybody's a great artist, so, yeah.
Comet Rules
1. Must keep a female
2. No horrible coloring, like I used to do (made it look like a crappy sketch)
3. No plain colors, like the main fur color, make sure it's not just a main fur color, make DESIGNS
4. I LOVE sparkledogs, but I also love sandy colors, which for Comet, would be nice if you would make that the main fur color or just most of the designs, then maybe put some aqua blue in there and bla bla you're ideas are fine
5. I would love some acessories, wings, or stuff like that.
6. No whining if you dont' win....durrr
7. Have fun doing so, or else I won't accept it LOL seriously though, have some fun with it!
8. *OPTIONAL* Write a bio and you'll get a better chance in winning
Character Rules
1. Any gender would be fine
2. I would LOVE acessories, wings, and elements
3. I've got to admit, I love dark colors with ripped angel wings, or ripped demon/dragon wings, that would make me happy. I also like bright colors, but with white or light colored angel wings unripped and if it's an angel wolf, give it halos and gold rings around it's tail and/or legs, but that's optional. Otherwise, come up with your own designs and ideas, and I'll love it. But I still LOVE dark colors and evil looking things, oh, with glowing eyes too!

Let me tell you about what I love about characters
I love glowing eyes without pupils OR dragon like pupils!
I absolutly LOVE evil like chars with spike colors/acessories!
If you choose to do a wise, loving character, like an angelic wolf, I LOVE golden rings around legs and halos and all that stuff, but I'm sticking to evil and clever characters.
I also mostly and positively LOVE creative and original creations.
