Welcome to my Doctor Who Scene Creator! With this you can make many different Scenes from Doctor Who and even make your own scenes.

To Make Your Own Character, simply click on the “Create Your Own Character Female/Male” Layer and hit “Lock Alpha” and then click on the “Fill” tab in the side panel. Chose your colour and then colour the person in!

How to Move the Characters:

Select the Character Layer you want.


And then go over to the side panel and select this tab. Then you can move the character around!
