Anyway, these are two of my OCs, the personifications of two weapons I own. Shira (on the left) is a katana that I bought at the JapanExpo in Paris last summer, she's a replica of Ulquiorra's zanpaktou from Bleach. She's easily irritated, proud, thinks I'm a freak, likes sarcasm and fighting. I try not to remind her that she's only a replica and that I can't weild her, she already has enough trouble trying to forget the fact herself...
Akumu (on the right, hey wait, no duh...) is my white recurve bow. She's indiferent to about every single thing in existence, doesn't talk unless she's required to do so and all in all is quite robotic like. Most of the time she sits on my chair and looks at my wall for hours on end with that same blank expression...
So I was telling myself that I hadn't posted on the Oekaki for a while and that I wanted to get better at drawing those two. Shira and Akumu don't get along too well for some unexplained reason (or more Shira doesn't like Akumu and Akumu couldn't care less) so this idea of having them back to back just popped up and here it is...
The timer is a liar, I have no clue how much time this took but certainly not that much (I left this open for lunch and such and got distracted too often) The shading still needs a whole lot of work and I'd planned nothing out for what the light would be like so it looks really blank. Obviously I still need to finish Akumu which I hope will take less time considering she's entierly monochromatic and I need to come up with a background. Drawing hair on Oekaki has been added to my list of 'biggest annoyances in the universe' next to alarm clocks and the cafeteria queue...
Sorry this is a major WIP...
Please comment and tell me how I could improve this
