1.no copying other people E.G she has swirls in the eye and eylashes and you have swirls in your and eye lashes but in a diffrent colour. thats a no!
2.no using other peoples ideas!
3. you must make sure that it is ALL coloured in! even the background otherwise i will not enter it in the competion!1.for the background you must have natraul colours
