Random seahorse/aqua thingy I colored. To solve my boredom

Timer is off. I was on different tabs and stuff, plus re-coloring different designs.
I would hate to see this beautiful design be wasted and not used as a character; and I know I wont be re-using this design for a character and such. So if anyone wants this design, just say so, as long as you credit me for the design
