This is my entry he has a Moonstone around his neck.

His colours are Dark blue and Light Blue with tribal Designs.

Background is a WIP

EDIT: Background is done. It is multicoloured because his personality is random. He loves being random. His normal random attacks are giving things to loved ones or just making everyone around him laugh by being distracted. He can tend to space out a bit. But that is easily broken
