Here's my entry; hope you like it! Please let me know if you'd like me to edit anything.
If you want to use my design, please let me know what you'd like your character's name to be so that I can put it on the marble slab for you ^^
Here are the elements I used for this character:
1) The base color is white with black airbrush, so it's a soft combination of white, black, and gray that's not too hard on the eyes.
2) The marking on the leg is the logo of Shinedown...also note the three scars.
3) Horns, wings, and large claws ^^
4) Hair. I'm not especially good at drawing it, but, well, I tried to make it look a bit...I don't know, scene-y?
5) The red of everything is sort of bright (neon, as requested) but not too painful on the eyes, as pure red can be.
6) The wings. I didn't make them feather wings, because I didn't think that would fit, but...I can always go back and change them if you like.
7) The gauntlet/ glove/ legwarmer thing is slightly gothic with a steampunk touch. I suppose you could make up a really good story about what that jewel is for ^^
8) I combined green and gold on the eyes by blending them together.
9) The necklace is a combination, sort of a unique spin, on the classic spike collar and chain.
10) And of course, piercings.
