Pacu, a close relative to the the pirahna. There's not many differences, but a big one is it's teeth. They have human-like teeth.

These can all be purchased locally too. I have so many more I could post, all freshwater too.

I know all those, except for the dragonfish.

This is isopod seriously creeps me out. -.- It invades a fish's mouth and latches on the tongue.Eventually the tongue of the fish falls away or is eaten up and the isopod becomes sorta like a replacement. It feeds on scraps of food and blood.

Atlantic Wolf Fish!

Image

Image

The sinister-looking Atlantic wolffish makes its home in the rocky coastal depths up to 1,600 feet (500 meters) below. Reaching 5 feet (1.5 meters) long, wolffish have conspicuous dentition suited to a diet of hard-shelled mollusks, crabs, and sea urchins.

Vampire Squid!

Image

Image

Vampire squid is an apt name for a creature that lurks in the lightless depths of the ocean. Comfortable at 10,000 feet (3,000 meters) below the surface, these diminutive cephalopods navigate the blackness with eyes that are proportionately the largest of any animal on Earth. The species gets its name from its dark, webbed arms, which it can draw over itself like a cloak. It occupies the mesopelagic and bathypelagic regions of temperate and tropical world oceans. The animal's physiology has adapted to enable it to live at the very low oxygen levels found within the oxygen minimum layers of these regions.

Cat Gecko (it's so cute!)
"Only ignorance! Only ignorance! How can you talk about only ignorance? Don't you know that it is the worst thing in the world, next to wickedness? - and which does the most mischief, heaven only knows. If people can say 'Oh! I did not know, I did not mean any harm,' they think it is all right."

They're cute in the oddest way, but they're pretty weird. If they didn't have such a sharp bite and awkward personality, I'd consider having one as a pet. x3

I saw a mother feeding her babies once in Brazil! I thought it was a statue at first but then they moved, it was the cutest thing! Also, I think they're the largest rodents, related to guinea pigs maybe?

And since everyones posting pretty fish:

Skinny Pigs!

They are similar to a Guinea pig, but they only has fur on their nose and feet. I own a few, and breed them. :D

The colossal squid. C: It's even bigger than the giant squid, and has tentacles with fishhook like barbs on them. They're extremely rare
