Full Personality: Vada prefers to go by her last name. She doesn’t like her first name all that much, but it is on all of her legal documents, so she just keeps it as-is. Changing it to something nicer that she prefers would be great, but ultimately she doesn’t want to deal with all the work involved for something so trivial.
The first thing to note about this young pup is that she is a pathological liar. She lies about pretty much everything. She does it out of habit, and also due to her impulses dictating that she lie about every little thing. No one is ever sure that she really means what she says, as most of what comes out of her mouth are untruthful statements.
Never really one to plan ahead, Vada doesn’t use schedules or blueprints. She prefers to just fly by night and figure things out as she goes along. She tends to leap before she looks, and she doesn’t care about consequences or getting caught doing something bad. Vada can usually sweet-talk her way out of the bad situations she gets herself into, or can skirt responsibility by fleeing the area or tricking others into doing her bidding. She is quite good at sweet-talking others, and can spin lies to sound just as wonderful as the truth.
Cocky and arrogant, Vada is certainly sure of herself. Never one to question what she has said or go back on her word, once Vada has said something she rarely thinks about it again... so she isn’t prone to losing sleep over some silly thing she said years ago. Vada has extreme confidence and tends to be full of herself. She is prone to big-headedness and egotistical behavior, and she believes she deserves everything in life for free. Vada holds to the idea that she can step on others to get ahead in life, and won’t hesitate to do so if it benefits her.
More prone to emotional outbursts than her mentor, Vada makes Valentia’s anger look like a mewling kitten compared to her ferocious lioness. Vada has less of a grip on her anger in particular, even if she is excellent at hiding all other emotions. Anger always seems to be her greatest downfall, as she won’t hesitate to snap and hurt someone else in anger who wasn’t in the plan to be injured, or yell at someone when all that was needed was ambiguity and silence, not loudness and stares from wolves passing by.
Vengeful rather than forgiving, Vada’s excellent memory honestly doesn’t help, here. Because she never forgets anything anyone says to her - she has a photographic memory for words and sentences that are spoken instead of written words or actual photos - she will often hold grudges for years until she can exact her revenge. And because she has a long time to plot, her vengeful actions tend to be well thought-out and severe in nature. You definitely don’t want to get on the bad side of this pup.
More of someone to obsess over small details rather than look at the bigger picture, Vada can become bitter and enraged if she has to work with someone who doesn’t understand the need for all the details to be perfect. She often isn’t a perfectionist... except when the feeling compells her to be one. Vada is a mix between too lax plus far too relaxed and too hyper plus over stressing. She tends to sweat the small stuff instead of letting things go and accepting that they won’t all be perfect... or just the way she wants them to be.
She has a rather risky take on life and doesn’t make the best choices. She lives for the thrill of the moment, and is definitely an adrenaline junkie. Vada doesn’t believe that you can live a good and successful life by playing it safe, and she would rather throw caution to the wind than be subject to someone else’s idea of how she should live.
Not one to be touchy-feely, Vada will wriggle her way away from everyone and everything. She is extremely touch-averse and HATES getting touched by others without her explicit permission. She also will never cry in front of others, no matter how upset she gets. She absolutely hates crying and looks up to Valentia for being able to have such control over her crying. She hopes to follow in her footsteps in this regard. Vada doesn’t ever open up about how she really feels - she would rather lie instead.
Very much in the here and now, Vada rarely slips into daydreaming or thinking about the future (unless that future involves her getting back at someone who wronged her). Because she is constantly in the present, she tends to look out only for herself and how others can bend to suit her needs. She always puts herself over others and will always look out for herself as number one; everyone else could walk off a cliff, for all she cares, especially if they don’t serve her or any of her small plots or ideas.
Independent and defiant, Vada hates answering to anyone. Uncompromising in her ideals, Vada doesn’t like having to kiss up to others to get what she wants. Others have described her as a mix between aloof and uptight. Vada is a strange combination between extremes, and often leaves a bad taste in the mouth of anyone she comes across.
Spiteful and lacking empathy, Vada doesn’t care about anyone or anything other than herself. Not even truly caring for her mentor, Valentia, Vada just serves under her as an apprentice so that she can further her own life and move up the totem pole. She doesn’t care about how her actions affect others, and only does things to help herself, never other wolves. If she has made a deal with someone and the deal changes, she won’t hesitate to back down and walk away. If the deal is no longer a good one, then it is off. Vada feels no need to stay in a sour situation just because she said she would previously.

Full Personality: Okoye would never outright object to a social gathering, but does he really look forward to them? Not in particular. He has both the ability to converse with others and to be content spending time alone. He’s a mix between Introvert and Extrovert, so his moods dictate how much social interaction he can handle on any given day. What also tends to impact the level of social interaction he can handle is what must be done that day. Does he have to go to the market to buy food, or can it wait until tomorrow when he might feel more up to it? Answers to questions like those often dictate what must be done that day, regardless of how he may feel about it.
If Okoye were to make travel plans, they would be very detailed in nature. He is one to pay attention to detail, but also look at the bigger picture. Once he makes a plan, he generally sticks to it and doesn’t deviate from it unless the situation absolutely calls for it. If he’s to put his plans on hold or be interrupted, he may get slightly perturbed, but will ultimately just try to get back on track as soon as possible. He doesn’t make decisions on a whim and prefers to think things out beforehand, possibly drawing out a detailed plan in the process. When planning ahead, Okoye prefers to get as much done as quickly as possible, though he does understand that often one must wait before being able to complete any plan so as to make it the best plan that there is, devoid of flaw. Because of this, he can unfortunately be a little perfectionistic.
Okoye believes highly that the past is the past. He won’t worry about words which he’s spoken or instances where he’s acted rashly. He won’t beat himself up over misjudgments he made in the past. He understands everyone makes mistakes, and is rather forgiving when anyone he knows is prone to error.
Very in-control of his emotions, Okoye is rarely set off by those who would wish to insult him. He understands others’ emotions very well. If he wasn’t in the learning role which he’s assumed for the past several decades, others have told him he would make a great counselor or therapist due to his understanding and empathy for those who are hurting. He prides himself on his accomplishment of not having his emotions easily control him. He has a very thick skin, so insulting him would take some talent. He doesn’t worry about first impressions - he’s himself, and if others fail to accept that, it’s no burden to him. He doesn’t get angry very often, and when he does, he’s able to handle it appropriately, having had years of experience and training to control it. Wolves who don’t know him well have said that he’s focused solely on work and never on having any fun. This is probably due to his careful and methodical way of life. Okoye’s not one to be open about crying in front of others. He’d cry in front of his wife and closest friends, and even occasionally in front of his Master, but he won’t start bawling in front of just anyone. While sometimes appearing cold or emotionless to outsiders, Okoye’s a rather feeling individual. Those he loves wholeheartedly are close to his heart, and he would sacrifice his own life to see them live happily on their own terms. He wants only to get back what he’s lost, and wishes only to see his family again.
Considering all creatures, Okoye believes no one is above another... except for those evil individuals who would harm others for no reason whatsoever. Those individuals, he would argue, deserve eternal punishment for their choice to do such heinous wrong-doings. As for the average wolf, though, he doesn’t consider himself to be above anyone. Sure, he has fantastic powers. But does that make him more deserving of respect than the next wolf? Absolutely not. While he may occasionally look out for himself first before others, generally speaking, he thinks of others as equal to himself. He’s against bullying and despises those who would hurt innocents. He doesn’t believe in stepping on others to get ahead in life unless there is no other choice available to him. He’d generally rather forgive than seek revenge. He’s worked hard to not let his power go to his head, and he’d encourage others who are in positions of power to be less narcissistic, as he doesn’t believe one can really live a fulfilling life while simultaneously being so controlling.
One to talk about his emotions and feelings only in trusted company, Okoye doesn’t tend to open up to just anyone. He was most open with his wife, and then to his other three friends. He’s said the occasional interesting tidbit to his Masters, but overall, Okoye doesn’t consider himself to be a very emotional being. He may think he’s in control of his emotions and that what drives him is logic, but what he fails to understand is his true motivation. He misses his family and wants only to see them happy and well, preferably with him alongside them. While he won’t admit it, not even to himself, Okoye is a very emotional wolf, bent on getting back what’s been taken from him.
Always one to honor his commitments, Okoye has always known his word is his bond. If he agrees to do something, then it’ll get done, even if he loses interest partway through the project.

Brief History:Okoye wasn’t always aware he was a god. He thought from a young age that he just looked different and was like any other wolf out there, aside from his glowing fur and odd eyes. His powers laid dormant, even he himself unaware of their existence.
Okoye adhered strongly to the phrase, “The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.” He cared more for friends than he ever did family, due to his belief that he was abandoned and orphaned by his own blood, eventually to be taken in by friends unrelated to him.
When he did work, he struggled to find fulfillment in a career. Okoye preferred lucrative and constantly-changing jobs over steady and boring jobs. He would rather have gotten excited about work and have a fluctuating income than dread getting up every morning just to make a good paycheck. He worked a variety of jobs, starting as an apprentice to a clerk. Some notable jobs after that one were rat-catcher and assistant to an embalmer. He eventually worked his way up to freelance positions, and became an adventurer with his group of close friends whom he made along the way - there were four that stuck by him for the longest amount of time. The five of them often went on adventures together, and swore to leave a life of sadness behind them. All they wanted was to enjoy each other’s company, and live a life as full of love and adventure as possible.
Okoye started noticing something was wrong when they complained of not being able to keep up with him on excursions after a few years had passed - they were feeling tired, while he felt as spry as he always had. He wondered about this for a bit, and ended up realizing there was a massive issue when his friends actually started showing signs of aging - graying fur, feeble limbs, and inability to move around as easily - many decades later. Even though he should’ve been the same age as them, he showed no such signs of aging. Their conditions kept worsening as time went on.
The first to pass was Lillis, the artist. Quiet yet stern, she rarely spoke her mind. But if you messed with her friends, she’d quickly speak up and defend them. She was loyal to the core. She suffered from a variety of medical issues due to old age, but what ultimately did her in was a terrible bout of pneumonia. She had painted a beautiful picture for Okoye of a pond with foliage surrounding it, filled to bursting with lilies and lilacs (her favorite types of flowers). The painting was finished a month before her hospitalization. After she passed, Okoye got his first tattoo on his back left paw pad of her beautiful painting turned into a mandala by the tattoo artist.
The second to pass was Laik, who left shortly after his sister, Lillis, as the pain of losing her became too much for him to bear. Before he passed, Okoye asked him if he were to be remembered, what image would he choose to be remembered as. Laik laughed and responded, “A tree, of course! Peppered with peaches and plums, with a honeybee hive in its branches.” Laik had loved being in nature just as much as his younger sister had, and he was known for making jokes, his laughter lighting up every room he walked into... so his response made Okoye smile. Laik passed on three months after Lillis had, even though he seemed to be in better health than his ailing sister had been. Okoye’s second tattoo was a mandala containing everything Laik had mentioned, placed on his back right paw.
Dwight was a fascinating character, obsessive over anything scientific and loving of all types of fantasy games. Dwight was Okoye’s first experience knowing someone who wasn’t just a binary gender, and knowing and growing alongside them helped Okoye to be more accepting to others who were different. Dwight had struggled for years with asthma and other lung-related problems, and ultimately, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is what did them in. Having already decided on continuing the tradition, Okoye knew he had to find something for his tattoo artist. Okoye knew Dwight had loved science and fantasy, so he got a mandala tattoo on his front left paw pad including elements from Dwight’s favorite board game (multi-sided dice, a small statuette, and a flicker of magic), swearing to always remember his dear friend.
Then there was Quill. She was small and fiery, filled with a flame that never seemed to flicker out. She loved to play music, and was talented on most stringed instruments... though her favorite was the guitar. Always energetic and confident, she was never a pushover. She spoke her mind bluntly. Okoye loved her very much. He’d married her in their younger years, and stood by her side through it all. They’d just celebrated their 60th anniversary when the test results came back - Quill had been diagnosed with Stage Four Lymphoma. When she passed, his heart was broken. She was all he had had left. He got the final tattoo on the paw pad of his dominant paw, the right one. He chose a mandala that held a flicker of flame in the shape of what almost looked like a guitar to represent his loving wife and her favorite pastime.
Having already made enough money to last him several lifetimes over - Dwight and Lillis had helped him through their connections with investors and bankers who helped Okoye to invest in the right stocks and bonds - Okoye was left not knowing what else to do with his life. So, he turned to religion, trying everything under the sun to try to ease the pain and fill the hole he felt in his heart from the passing of his companions. He was trying some guided meditation one day with a wolf Master, when he suddenly felt an odd sensation. Upon tapping into this part of himself, he was able to send a blast of icy cold air into the heated room of the palace where he was studying. Master Wind noted the chill and was confused when he found no windows nor doors open, until he put two and two together and figured out it was his pupil. Okoye, through training with several other Masters of the many arts over decades of practice and dedication, was able to hone those skills. The older Okoye got, the more powers he seemed to be able to unlock.
One day, he was writing in one of his studying scrolls, taking careful notes of the training practices they had done that day. Master Chinchi walked in, her fluffy tail brushing lightly against the stone floor. “You have fought well. But, please tell me, pupil - answer me this riddle. What do you plan on using these powers for, exactly? For good, to help others? Or for evil, to rule the world?”
Okoye lifted his head, putting the scroll down as the ink dried. He was calm in his answer. “I want to challenge Death.”
“You... you want to -”
“I don’t want anyone else I love to die. I want to challenge Death. If I win, then I will ask for eternal life for my family.”
Master Chinchi seemed conflicted. “You told me you have no family. You were orphaned.”
Okoye sighed and shook his head. “Master, you misunderstand me. Let me be clear: I consider my friends to be my family. They were the only family that I ever had.”
She nodded. “I understand. But what makes you think Death is a physical thing you can challenge? What if it is merely a shapeless ghost that you waste millennia chasing after? Would you then be as foolish as a blind fox chasing a goose?”
Okoye merely smiled, gesturing to the stacks of scrolls behind him, most of which were lain against heavy tomes and works of literature. “I won’t be chasing ghosts or geese, Master. I have knowledge on my side.” His eyes burned the color of spun gold. “And with enough knowledge, Master, one can defeat Death once and for all.”

Large and fancy acts of bribery aren’t needed to win her over; all you have to do is show her some kindness, love, and understanding. She doesn’t get much understanding in life, and often wonders why others aren’t willing to expand their mental abilities to get where she is coming from.
One to support her friends with an emotional side, Theda looks forward to being able to offer sage advice and wisdom to the friends that come to her needing assistance. She won’t tell them how to fix their problems, but may offer up ideas for how best to fix them. She generally only offers a shoulder to cry on and words to listen to. Theda is emotional by nature, so she finds it easy to understand where others are coming from. Theda is very breakable, and fears greatly getting injured, so she tends to flee situations instead of staying in them and suffering the consequences. This is due to the fact that she has osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), a disease which causes bones to be weak and break easier than the average bones would. Theda also has Xeroderma, a skin condition where the skin is dry and cracked all the time. Applying lotion does help with this, and she does so as often as she can. Theda doesn’t really fit in due to her medical problems, so she was often made fun of while growing up and now doesn’t have many friends due to that fact. She doesn’t really enjoy social interaction, unless it is in measured spurts. With those she cares deeply for, she is more open and less likely to worry about getting injured, as she trusts those she cares for. She is affectionate and loving to her sister, who is only a few months younger than she is, and loves her few friends deeply.
Theda thinks first of herself, but also thinks of others. She would share with others if she had food and they had none, and she’d never bully others, and thinks of others as having no more requirement to respect than she is - she would treat someone how she would like to be treated. Preferring to forgive rather than hold a grudge, Theda understands what it is like to make mistakes in life, so she is often understanding and forgiving of others instead of vindictive and spiteful. Theda wouldn’t dream of conning others into doing anything silly, and would never try to pull the wool over someone’s eyes. Theda wouldn’t state a sensitive opinion in public, but would do so behind closed doors. She wouldn’t want to offend anyone inadvertently, so she watches what she says in public so as not to hurt others by mistake.
She loves the quote, “It doesn’t do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.” Theda does her best to stay in the here and now... but on occasion, she will be brought back to past memories that can haunt her. She has made mistakes, as have we all, and if she is not careful to keep these negative feelings at bay, she can, over time, become more susceptible to them and get depressed over time. She finds that keeping busy and trying to fill her every waking hour is a good way to keep the sadness at bay, but sometimes, even with her best efforts, she cannot keep all those negative emotions out. She gets through life one day at a time, and tries her best to leave the past in the past.
Depending on the day, her emotions could control her or she could control her emotions. Just depends on the day she is having and what is going on around her and how stressed she is. Her level of insecurity also fluctuates, as she sometimes won’t have many signs of insecurity but other times she will feel overcome by the weight of it all.
