Username: WDS
Favorite type of RP: fantasy, post-apocalyptic, sci-fi, horror, ADVENTURE (I'd rather avoid romance since, well, although its childish of me--ick! Don't mind roleplaying it though ;P )
Sample of writing:
The moon's dull, tarnished light outlined their silhouettes as they quietly slithered through the harbor. Their foot steps tapped lightly against the cobblestone streets, a soft rhythm that was droned out by the sounds of the nearby waves. They only halting once or twice to whisper to each other in a strange molted language, but would be quickly hushed by a sharp command from the front. Their mission was simple, although vague and almost startling. They had no time to prepare when the news came crashing down into their office.
Kill the King.
Long Live--
The rest of the message was smeared out by the harsh rain that lashed outside. It was curious and their business rarely ever accepted letter missions without at least consulting the commissioner first. Only one thing was clear when they finally agreed to accept it. They were being payed generously. More money than even the richest of clients could have mustered had been beaten by this one simple letter and their job had to be done by today. If they were caught--if they were hanged--at least their families would have enough money to live on.
With this in mind, they continued with a single resolution. But many of them doubted, many of them feared, and this was what hindered them. The King was known throughout the country and there weren't many reasons to hate him, much less kill him. He didn't have much, if not any, enemies and by killing him, they would risk being tossed out into public news.
Treo, who stood at front, shushed them quickly when they would bring this topic up. He had been appointed leader of this mission and was determined not to disappoint his peers. The King, he had lectured, was now their target. They were no longer the citizens of the city in which they carried out their daily activities. They were, however, now brothers in arms when it came to their job. They were mercenaries and must not carry any feelings from their daily lives to the one they were carrying now. They were different people and must remain different people.
Many did not think so. They were not convinced. And, thus, was the cause for the failure of their mission.
(FFF--I would continue, but I'm a bit too tired right now.)
Any semi-lit/lit RPs you have: I haven't made any recently. I made a few a long time ago, but that was when one would have considered me a 'noob' or 'nub.' However, I always started out with a semi-lit roleplay and had just recently discovered these things called 'one-liners.'
Warning: The Online Tag lies.
