Maplepaw purred happily at Riverpool's praise. "Oh! I know what coltsfoot looks like!" She meowed, turning and bounding into the patch of small yellow and white flowers. Carefully, she plucked some from the ground. She had little memory of what coltsfoot did, and she desperately tried to remember. "Not bellyache, or coughing..." She mumbled. "Shortness of breath, maybe? No... Wait, yes."

Riverpool purred as she listened to her chatter about what coltsfoot did. He claws sank underneath the moss as she pulled it up carefully. She felt the moss come loos beneath her paws as she dropped it the the ground. She continued for several minutes until she had a nice pile. Quickly she looked over towards Maplepaw "Very well done. Go ahead and grab your pile there and I'll carry the moss." she meowed. She leaned down, grasping the moss in her jaws and began trotting towards camp, waving her tail to summon Maplepaw.

Maplepaw perked her ears as Riverpool spoke, quickly gathering the coltsfoot she'd gathered and bounding after the Leafclan Medicine cat. Maplepaw was curious about Riverpool's idea on an apprentice, but wasn't brave enough to ask, so she simply stayed quiet on the way back to camp.

Whitepaw- nodded before slinking back into the apprentice's den, laying down, whitepaw fell into a sleep after a while and purred contendedly, ears flicking occasionally. whitepaw thought about being a warrior and fighting for his clan.

Ravenflower- She nodded in agreement with lynxclaw and slunk away, before vanishing into the warriors den. Laying in her nest awake, ravenflower smiled at the thought of seeing cloud again.

coot- '' Playing?'' she replied to her father, with a mischevious grin on her face as coot kicked some leaves at her father. '' You can join if you'd like?''

"Venomstrike! Smokeheart!" She called " Firepelt is here" she sat down in her nest. " This is no normal border patrol," she said " you are three fine warriors, and i made the decision not to tell the rest of the clan. Theres a badger at the mistclan border. I chased it into mistclan terretory but she smelled like milk so i have a feeling she haa cubs. Lets go." She said trusting her warriors

Riverpool slunk through the entrance, Maplepaw behind her. She swayed her tail slightly, halting Maplepaw "Let's take that to my den" she meowed, her tail flicking towards her den. She trotted over towards it quickly and slipped through the vines covering the den entrance. She set the moss down quickly and turned back towards Maplepaw "Come on, you can come in." she meowed, a purr in her voice.

Bluewhisker nodded "Really" she purred glancing down at him "Don't worry, you'll get it. You are already doing better." she meowed, her tail twitching. She caught the scent of a rabbit not far off "Watch me" she meowed softly, swaying her tail to stop Rowanpaw. Quickly she sank into a crouch, stalking forward towards the rabbit. With quick, efficient steps, she closed the space between her and the rabbit. A tails length away from her prey, the rabbit darted. Her pelt prickled with excitement as she lunged after it, her paws landing silently against the ground. She had closed enough space that the rabbit was not far enough away from her to escape her claws. She gained up on the rabbit, turning with speed and efficiency as it tried to dart away. Once she was straight behind it, she lunged, her claws meeting the rabbits skin, sinking in. The rabbit fumbled, landing directly under her. She dropped her head down. delivering the killing blow. The rabbit fell limp in her jaws and excitement washed over her as she trotted back to Rowanpaw "All you have to do is get close enough that once it runs, it can't outrun you." she meowed, dropping the rabbit at his paws "Come on, let's go try that" she stated.

Brackenheart nodded "I don't think we have any... none that I know about anyways... though Mosspool has been looking a little rounder.." he meowed, glancing at Dewtail. The scent of thrush washed over him. He glanced up, catching sight of the small bird a few feet above him, calling out to warn the others. Quickly, he pushed back on his hind legs and leapt. He struck his paw out, his claws hooking into the wing of the thrush. He pulled it down, the crush to the earth was enough to daze the bird. He quickly sank his claws into the thrush and the body fell limp "Finally, something" he meowed, glancing over to Dewtail.

Cloud let out a mrrow of laughter and leapt to his paws, flashing his paw out to throw leaves back at his daughter, eager for Ravenflower to join them. He leapt down the rocks, leaping at Coot with sheathed claws.

Maplepaw followed eagerly, but as soon as she entered camp anxiety took over, and her shyness returned. She stayed low to the ground and avoided the gazes of her clanmates as she quickly entered the Medicine den, her tail tucked between her legs. She passed Riverpool the herbs, glancing around warily. Maplepaw had always wanted to simply be normal, but she couldn't control her fear of other cats, and it was ruining her life.
