I'm not gonna make this to fancy looking cause I am lazy. In order to bring more attention to Ancient Irish War Ponies I have decided to open an artist search.
As an artist you are aloud to design these pretty little guys. You have the option of being a breeder as well. You may make yourself customs or making customs for others.
Below are rules in paragraph forum because I am to lazy to make a list list. Please follow rules.
You can make as many entries as you want but please no more than 10. I prefer if you made multiple designs that they are all under a cover page. You may not keep the design win or lose without getting my permission first. If you win your designs may be transferred to the main thread to be adopted out. Please keep to the beed's coat color and pattern regulations. Do not make any chimerics. Only natural coat colors and patterns. Eye color can be whatever. Please title all entries with the correct horse color. And please use lock alpha. Oh and please post the forum found below on your cover page if you have one. If you don't make a cover page just post it on your first entry/

What Are AIWP wrote:Ancient Irish War Ponies are a very rare breed of horse found in Ireland. Their origin is really unknown but earliest signs show them being used during the 13th century. Even though the breed name suggests these horses were used in battle researches believe that Ancient Irish War Ponies were thought to be used for farming and traveling instead of war. Ancient Irish War Ponies are very similar in build to a Connemara Pony and many believe that they may have even descended from this horse breed. They are hardy build with a strong back and legs. They are horses built for stamina not speed. Visually what really sets them apart from the Connemara Pony is the long feathering that they have on their fetlock. They stand from about 12 hh- 14hh and come in any shade of color natural to horses.
