Step 1: Get your image.
Step two: Open it up in whichever program you are using.

Step three: Make a new layer above the image.

Step four: Use the type tool to type out whatever you want as a watermark.

Step five: bring the occupancy of the layer down to like... 10 - 25%?

you have to have the 'center' in after the left and right or else it will go down a line.

To take a screenshot and save it as a file
Press the Windows logo key Windows logo key+PrtScn. Or, if you're using a tablet, press the Windows logo button Windows logo button+ the volume down button.
The screen will dim for a moment when the screen is copied and saved as a file in the Screenshots folder (which is in your Pictures folder).
