Mildtail purred when Bluefeather approached her and her young eyes gleamed with interest. She didn't mmove from her spot and had been observing Hollowkit's interaction with the newest kit in the clan for some time. She flicked her tail and looked at Bluefeather once again, "And why's that?"

She looked at Bluefeather and then shared a look with Rainstar. "We've been waiting anxiously for your return, sorry I was due back early. What will you do with Bluefeather's kit Rainstar?" The medicine cat's fur prickled whenever she spotted the tiny kit but she said nothing, only watching him with a cautious glance every now and again.

You're going to need a better name if you wanna stay, Blood. Come on and don't mention your past, silly. If you keep doing that every time someone asks you'll have nothing to keep for yourself. Her eyes dimmed a little "When I was a kittypet, I had a mate. We got in a fight and he just picked him up and ran. I tried to find him, but I couldn't."

"Yeah. Its fine I guess." he said in a quiet voice. He nodded to Hollowkit "Alright." he walked over to Bluefeather and curled into her side.

I wake up and flutter my eyes. Across my nest, a young twoleg pours soft, brown pellets into her paw. I stretch my legs, eying her paw, and then trot over to her. When i near her, I let out a small mew and sniff her head. She pelts my back, and I let out thrilling sounds. Without thinking, I gulp down the pellets and draw a licked paw over my whiskers. The twoleg rubs my neck, and then pads into another room. After watching her paws till they leave the room, I pad out of a small flap in the door.

She wanted to follow, but hesitated. This was Blood's moment, but he may want a friend there. She nodded at Hollowkit and followed her friend out to Rainstar, Bluefeather, and Mildtail. She sat down next to Blood.
