only staff get customs. staff do hard work for Lava dogs, so as a reward, they get the ability to make customs for themselves.

I literally have one open. Instead of complaining, why not try to be patient? Wait for a FCFS or even try doing a contest. More likely than not, you'll get one if you put effort into your forms.
