can you make a custom made character?

Yep! I haven't made a form for custom characters yet,
but they'll most likely be canine characters.
Also, you can use the normal form to create a custom character,
you can describe what they'll look like, include hex codes, etc.

I have a lot of homework at the moment, and midterms coming up, so I'm
sorry if my progression on the artwork seems really slow.
