Would this be fair both Demand and Rarity wise? I'm mostly concerned about the demand of the UR Cucumber.

I'm not going to lie, the UR cucumber is very hard to trade off fairly and you likely wouldn't make a profit from the trade overall

Phoenix has given correct information, each balloon is worth a mid '09 rare, the rat of course a late '09 rare and the corgi a mid '10 rare
