Speaking of which... why is it called Fruits Basket, anyway?
Naruto is the name of the main character, *according to TV Tropes* Bleach got its name because it contrasts with black, Fairy Tail is the name of a wizard guild and is also a pun on fairy tale, Fullmetal Alchemist is the title of the protagonist, Busou Renkin is Japanese for arms alchemy... and then we have Fruits Basket, an anime about... the Chinese Zodiac.

Well, even though this confuses me, here we go...

It seems that people with call you transphobic if you say he is a boy even though he is because of the fact that he calls himself a woman and dresses like one. Apparently that makes him female. I'm honestly not sure.

Same here. If there are dubs available, I watch the dub. If they aren't, I watch the sub. I'm happy either way. I've listened to bad Japanese dubs and bad English dubs, so neither is better than the other in my opinion.

Same here. If there are dubs available, I watch the dub. If they aren't, I watch the sub. I'm happy either way. I've listened to bad Japanese dubs and bad English dubs, so neither is better than the other in my opinion.

What I don't like, though, are people with the mindset that all English dubs are bad... apparently Goku's Japanese voice is really bad, and I personally only sometimes like Alphonse's Japanese voice.

I like Alphonse' English voice.Young boy characters are voiced by girls due to that kid boys sound a bit like girls before they enter puberty. Al WAS voiced by a guy in the first anime, Aaron Dismuke... Aaron was ONLY 12 when he voiced Al. During Conqueror of Shamballa, Aaron's voice started to crack indicating he was hitting puberty. Afterwards, Aaron didn't sound like Al anymore. :\ This is why they had to replace Aaron with Maxey Whitehead. He DID make a cameo in FMA: Brotherhood voicing as young Van Hohenheim.
@The Undertaker: Oh, right. The crossdressing part. The long hair makes him look like a Bishonen. XD I honestly think he's a guy. Or a she-male. XDD
@scmarshtacky: Yeah, I DO hate it when people say that sub is better than the dub. >_< In all, I believe the subs and dubs are equally good.

^ I'll admit that Maxey's 10-year-old impression wasn't very good, but she was great for four-year-old-Al and soulless-Al.
